Gloria has worked with different corporate organizations through her professional work experience.

She worked with a consulting firm (P4PE Limited) for five years after which she left as HR manager. She worked with Aril Technologies Limited as the head of HR/Admin manager up to 3 years before joining the Coinbox team as group head HR. she has extensive experience in L&D, Recruitment, Outsourcing, Performance management and talent management across various sectors like consulting, oil & gas, hospitality, finance, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Gloria graduated from Delta State University, Abraka, with a first degree in Physics & Electronics Technologies, a diploma in Human Resource management, and HR certificate trainings, Inclusive of Project management training.

She has been involved in some HR projects while she was working P4PE Limited and as a volunteer in some HR projects. She has conducted and facilitated training on HR, soft skills, and leadership trainings.

She is the group head HR.
