We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our team as:

🔥 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING OFFICER

📍 Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

💻 Work Mode: Hybrid

📆 Schedule: 6 Days a Week

⏰ Start Date: Immediate

📄 Contract: 3-Month Performance-Based Contract (with opportunity for permanent role)

💰 EARNING POTENTIAL

✨ Initial Contract: ₦100,000 Monthly Operating Allowance

➕ Performance Earnings

🔥 Up to ₦600,000 OTE at 100% target achievement

✨ After Confirmation: ₦350,000 Fixed Monthly Component

➕ Performance Earnings

🔥 Up to ₦900,000 OTE at 100% target achievement

Your Responsibilities: ✅ Drive revenue through fine dining, private events & corporate catering

✅ Build relationships with corporate clients and VIPs

✅ Execute sales outreach and business development strategies

✅ Manage marketing campaigns (digital & offline)

✅ Identify growth opportunities and improve guest experience

✅ Monitor market trends and prepare performance reports

Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university

✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development (hospitality/luxury services preferred)

✔ Strong sales, negotiation & closing skills

✔ Digital marketing and activation experience

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Target-driven and able to thrive under pressure
